4 in 1 auricular ear seed self-help kit

A simple, non-invasive way to support daily balance and wellbeing.

This Ear Seed Kit provides everything needed to apply ear seeds safely and accurately for self care use. Inspired by principles of auricular therapy, ear seeds are commonly used to stimulate specific points on the ear through gentle, sustained pressure.

What's included

Ear seeds- Adhesive- backed seeds designed for comfortable, ongoing stimulation

Ear chart- Clear reference guide to common auricular points.

Tweezers- For precise and hygienic placement

Probe- To help locate tender or responsive points before application

How it works

Ear seeds are placed on specific points of the outer ear using gentle pressure. Once applied, they can be lightly pressed several times a day to encourage ongoing stimulation. Seeds are typically worn for several days before removal.
